SERVICES I OFFER

INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY,
in Majadahonda, Madrid & online
There are moments in life when we feel disconnected from ourselves, uncertain about our relationships or overwhelmed by the expectations and responsibilities around us.
Individual therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect and develop a deeper understanding of your emotional world.
Together, we may explore recurring relationship patterns, past experiences, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, or the challenges that arise during important life transitions.
For those living internationally, therapy can also provide space to explore questions of belonging, cultural adjustment and the ways in which relocation influences our sense of self.
Whether you are facing a particular difficulty or simply wish to understand yourself more deeply, our work will be shaped around your individual needs and goals.

COUPLES COUNSELING,
in Majadahonda, Madrid & online
Understanding each other. Rebuilding connection. Navigating change together.
Even strong relationships can go through periods of disconnection, misunderstanding or recurring conflict.
The demands of everyday life, parenthood, professional responsibilities and major life transitions can gradually change the way partners relate to one another.
Couples therapy provides a space to explore these dynamics, understand each partner's emotional experience and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
My systemic approach considers the relationship as a dynamic interaction between two individuals, each bringing their own personal history, expectations, vulnerabilities and ways of expressing emotional needs.
I also work with international and cross-cultural couples, where different cultural backgrounds, family expectations and experiences of relocation can add further complexity to the relationship.
The aim is not to determine who is right or wrong, but to create greater understanding and explore possibilities for meaningful change.

CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Supporting emotional development within the context of family and relationships.
Children and adolescents sometimes experience emotional, behavioural or relational difficulties that can affect their wellbeing, development and everyday life.
With extensive experience working in international schools and clinical settings, I offer psychological support informed by developmental understanding and a systemic perspective.
My work may involve emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, family relationships, school-related difficulties and developmental transitions.
I believe that understanding a child's difficulties also means understanding the environment and relationships surrounding them.
For this reason, collaboration with parents — and, when appropriate and with the necessary consent, schools and other professionals — is an important part of the therapeutic process.
My aim is to support the child's emotional wellbeing while helping the family develop greater understanding and connection.

PARENT COACHING & GUIDANCE
for International Families in Madrid
Understanding your child. Understanding yourself as a parent. Strengthening family relationships.
Parenting is one of the most meaningful and complex relationships we experience.
As children grow, parents often find themselves facing new questions, unexpected challenges and moments of uncertainty.
Why does my child react this way? How can I respond more effectively? Why do my partner and I approach parenting so differently? How do our own childhood experiences influence the way we raise our children?
My approach to parent coaching brings together three essential perspectives: child development, the relationship between parents, and the wider family system.
Drawing on my experience in child and adolescent psychology and systemic family therapy, I help parents understand their children's emotional and developmental needs while exploring the relational patterns that shape everyday family life.
Sessions may focus on emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, sibling relationships, developmental transitions, parenting disagreements or difficulties adapting to change.
I also support international families navigating the additional complexities of raising children between different languages, cultures and educational environments.
Parent coaching can take place with one or both parents, depending on the family's needs.
The goal is not to become a perfect parent, but to develop greater confidence, understanding and connection within your family.

Family Therapy
for International Families in Madrid
Creating space for understanding, communication and change within the family.
Families are constantly evolving. As children grow, relationships change and new challenges emerge, even well-functioning families can experience periods of tension or disconnection.
Family therapy offers an opportunity to explore how family members relate to one another, understand recurring patterns of interaction and develop more constructive ways of responding to difficulties.
My systemic approach considers each family member within the context of their relationships, recognising that change in one part of the family can influence the system as a whole.
Sessions may address communication difficulties, parent-child relationships, family transitions, separation, divorce, or the challenges of adapting to new circumstances.
Depending on the situation, therapy may involve the whole family, specific family members or parental sessions.
My aim is to help families develop a deeper understanding of one another and create healthier, more supportive relationships.
