A Personal Note

    Having lived and worked across different countries, I understand that building a life abroad can be both enriching and challenging.Moving between cultures can shape our identity, relationships and sense of belonging in ways we may not always recognise.

 

For couples and families, international life can bring additional layers of complexity — from navigating different cultural expectations to raising children away from familiar support networks.

 

These experiences have deeply influenced the way I approach my work.I value the opportunity to support individuals, couples and parents as they navigate these transitions, explore their relationships and find their own ways of creating a meaningful life.
